2. Services

We provide building maintenance, repair, installation, and related technical services in Dubai,
UAE.
All services are subject to:
● Site inspection (if required)
● Quotation approval
● Availability of materials
● Access to property

3. Quotations & Pricing

● All quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
● Prices may vary if additional work is required beyond the agreed scope.
● Any variation will be communicated before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

● Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
● For large projects, a deposit may be required before commencement.
● Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client must:
● Provide safe and legal access to the property
● Inform us of known electrical, structural, or plumbing issues
● Ensure utilities (water/electricity) are active during service

6. Warranty

● Minor repair works may include a limited service warranty (duration specified in the
invoice).
● Warranty does not cover misuse, external damage, or third-party interference.

7. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for:
● Pre-existing structural defects
● Hidden internal damages
● Indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (government
restrictions, supply shortages, emergencies).

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Service Cancellation
● Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
● Late cancellations may incur a service call charge.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued if:
● Service was not delivered as agreed
● Work was not completed due to company fault
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
● Client changes mind after service completion
● Issue arises from pre-existing damage
● Third-party interference occurs after service
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Deposit Policy
Deposits for custom or material-based projects may be non-refundable once materials are
purchased.

ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (AMC) TERMS

1. Scope of Services

AMC covers preventive maintenance as specified in the signed contract.
Emergency repairs and major replacements may be charged separately unless explicitly
included.

2. Contract Duration

AMC contracts are valid for 12 months from signing date unless otherwise agreed.

3. Service Visits

Scheduled visits will be agreed in advance. Missed appointments due to client unavailability
may be rescheduled.

4. Exclusions

AMC does not cover:
● Structural damage
● Major equipment replacement
● Damage caused by negligence or misuse
● Natural disasters

5. Payment Terms

AMC fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed instalment plan.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice.
A refund for the unused period will be calculated proportionally, subject to service usage.
